Filmclusive is committed to providing a website and web application that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Conformance goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for public pages, authentication flows, core application workflows, forms, dialogs, navigation, and interactive controls. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continuously improve the user experience for everyone.

What we test

Our accessibility work prioritizes keyboard access, visible focus, semantic structure, programmatic form labels, meaningful alternative text, dialog focus management, route-change focus handling, readable contrast, and screen reader announcements for important status and error updates.

Feedback and contact

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the site or app, or if you have feedback about accessibility, please contact us so we can help and improve. Accessibility reports are monitored and triaged by Product Support. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and provide an initial status or next step within five business days.

Compatibility

We test keyboard navigation and screen reader behavior across modern browsers and continue to expand coverage. If you use assistive technology and encounter an issue, please include your browser and assistive technology details in your message.

Known limitations

Some third-party or embedded content may not fully meet accessibility standards. When possible, we provide accessible alternatives or workarounds and prioritize fixes for high-impact issues. Confirmed limitations and remediation status will be added here as they are identified.
